Subscription and Autopay Agreement
This Subscription and Autopay Agreement ("Agreement") governs your enrollment in a recurring subscription plan ("Subscription") for access to Treeova Technologies' services ("Services"). By enrolling in a Subscription and authorizing automatic payments, you agree to the terms below.
Payment Processing via Third-Party Provider
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. Treeova Technologies does not store, retain, or have access to your credit card, debit card, or other payment method information. You will be redirected to Stripe's secure platform to enter and manage your payment details.
Billing Cycles and Automatic Renewal
Your Subscription is billed on a recurring basis in monthly cycles (each a "Billing Cycle"), beginning on the date you successfully complete payment setup.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew for an additional Billing Cycle, and your payment method on file with Stripe will be charged the then-current Subscription fee unless you cancel prior to renewal.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle. Services will continue until the final day of the paid cycle.
- No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial Billing Cycles, including if you cancel after a renewal payment has been processed.
User Responsibility to Cancel
It is your sole responsibility to cancel your Subscription before the next Billing Cycle if you do not wish to continue. Failure to cancel will result in automatic renewal and charging of the next cycle's fee.
Service Continuation and Termination
If a payment is successfully processed for a new Billing Cycle and you subsequently cancel, you will retain full access to the Services through the end of that paid cycle.
For month-to-month plans, if you do not renew (i.e., no payment is processed for the next cycle), access to the Services will automatically terminate at the end of the current paid Billing Cycle.
Payment Failures
If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to retry the charge according to its standard policies. If payment is not received, your Subscription may be paused or terminated, and access to Services will be revoked until payment is resolved.
Changes to Pricing or Terms
Treeova Technologies reserves the right to modify Subscription fees or these terms with notice (via email or in-app notification) at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms or pricing.
No Stored Payment Information
As stated, Treeova Technologies does not collect, store, or process your payment information. All billing data is managed exclusively by Stripe under its privacy and security standards.
Data Privacy
Treeova Technologies collects only the minimum personal data necessary to provide the Services and manage your Subscription (e.g., name, email address, and Subscription status). We do not receive, store, or process full payment card numbers, security codes, or expiration dates.
- Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Stripe processes payment data under its own Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy) and complies with PCI-DSS standards.
- We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Upon cancellation or termination, we retain Subscription records only as required for legal, tax, or audit purposes, after which they are securely deleted.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By completing the Subscription enrollment and authorizing recurring payments through Stripe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
